2. Data Privacy Notice
Client assessment data. The drivereadyassessments.com online platform (containing the OT-DORA-2 and OT-DRivER) is designed on a data-minimization basis. It does not request or collect any client-identifying information such as full name, date of birth, age, address, or other direct identifiers. Therapists using the platform record client information using a client’s first name (or an alternate non-identifying label of their choosing) only. Responsibility for maintaining any separate record linking a first name/label to a client’s full identity — including any signed consent form — rests solely with the treating therapist and their employing service, in accordance with their own organisation’s record-keeping, privacy policy and consent obligations.
Because no direct client identifiers are collected or stored by this website, the drivereadyassessments.com platform is designed to align with the data-minimization and privacy-by-design principles reflected in:
- The Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles;
- The EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/UK GDPR);
- The U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA); and
- Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
This statement describes the design of the assessment data-collection process specifically. It is not a representation that every aspect of this website’s operation (see below) meets each requirement of every law listed above, as legal obligations vary by jurisdiction, by how the site is used, and by factors outside the assessment content itself.
Website usage data. Separately from assessment content, this website may collect limited technical and transactional information in the ordinary course of operating a website and processing purchases — for example, IP addresses, browser/device information, cookies, analytics data, and payment/billing details provided at checkout.
